Gnezdo
Gnezdo is an internal production application built for Voleska. It brings motifs, SVG files, and laser-cutting orders into one structured system that can be accessed from a desktop or directly from the owner’s phone.
Problem
What needed solving
Preparing each new production order required manually searching through folders, checking file versions, and composing an email with the correct attachments. As the motif library grew, the process became increasingly time-consuming and difficult to manage.
Solution
How I approached it
I developed a private web application where motifs can be uploaded, categorized, previewed, and selected for production. The user chooses the required motifs and quantities, while Gnezdo generates a structured order and automatically sends the correct SVG attachments to the laser-cutting supplier.
Outcome
What it became
Gnezdo replaced repetitive file searching and manually assembled emails with one consistent production workflow. Voleska’s owner can prepare an order directly from her phone, while the supplier receives a clear request containing the exact files required for production.
